Happy Gandhi Jayanti from Samruddhi Academy! On this sacred occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, celebrated annually on October 2nd to mark the 157th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in 2026, Samruddhi Academy dedicated to education, learning, and skill development pays heartfelt tribute to the Father of the Nation and his timeless principles of truth, non-violence, simplicity, and self-reliance. As one of India's three official national holidays and observed globally by the United Nations as the International Day of Non-Violence, this day reminds us of the power of peaceful change, ethical values, and sustainable living principles that Mahatma Gandhi championed throughout his life and that form the foundation of quality education. At Samruddhi Academy, we are committed to upholding Gandhiji's vision of education rooted in character building, moral values, and service to society. Just as Gandhiji believed that 'Education without values is like building a house without a foundation', we strive to nurture students not only with academic excellence but also with integrity, compassion, and a deep sense of social responsibility. On this dry day (with alcohol sales suspended across India), we also honor his commitment to temperance and mindful living, values we instill in every student to become conscious, ethical, and contributing members of society. May Gandhiji's teachings continue to guide us toward a more peaceful, just, and harmonious future for all. Happy Gandhi Jayanti!
